Any cancellation’s must be made minimum 24hr’s before the booking time. Failure
to do so will result in either the deposit price or if the entire price of the
appointment is paid only 50% of the total will be refunded.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to a booking are able to be
fully refunded. We can also transfer your booking to another time that suits
better.
